License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("the User") and Most Rated ("Website") regarding the use of the website hosted at https://www.mostrated.com ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The User hereby grants the Website a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content uploaded or submitted by the User ("Content") on or through the Website. 5. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the User's use of the Website, including but not limited to any claims or actions arising from the Content uploaded or submitted by the User.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

The Website reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted on the Website, and it is the the User's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. By continuing to access or use the Website after any modifications or amendments to the Agreement, the User agrees to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
